Partnership models

Many doors in, one standard of work.

Crate South Education engages through speaking, workshops, cohorts, curriculum design, sponsorship, licensing, and advisory support. Every path starts with a conversation and ends with measurable outcomes.

Engagement models

Eight ways to work together.

Speaking & guest appearances

Talks for schools, nonprofits, business groups, and community events. Select community appearances are offered at no cost when the audience and mission align; institutional speaking is scoped per engagement.

Workshops & intensives

Introductory, half-day, and full-day formats delivered on-site. Priced per session with community and nonprofit rates structured to fit real budgets.

Multi-week cohorts

Four- to six-session programs for workforce groups, schools, and small-business cohorts — with measurement built in from day one.

Train-the-Trainer & licensing

Your staff learn to deliver the methodology with licensed Crate South materials, facilitator guides, and ongoing support under an annual institutional agreement.

Curriculum & program design

Custom curriculum development, applied AI labs, hackathon design and judging, and pilot-program design — scoped as projects with defined deliverables.

Sponsored community programs

Sponsors fund seats, clinics, or full cohorts for community audiences. Every sponsored program includes a plain-language impact report.

Small-business clinics

Group clinics and workflow assessments for local businesses — per-seat, per-cohort, or sponsor-funded.

Advisory & ongoing support

Monthly advisory retainers for institutions building lasting AI capability: program review, curriculum updates, and implementation guidance.

How we engage

Principles behind every partnership.

No hard sell

This page is a menu, not a funnel. A conversation comes first, and "not a fit" is an acceptable outcome we'll tell you early.

Community access is real

Free strategic appearances, sponsored seats, and nonprofit rates exist so cost is not the reason a good program doesn't happen — while paid pathways keep the work sustainable.

Transparent scoping

Every engagement starts with a written proposal: deliverables, schedule, format, and cost. Internal planning ranges guide scoping; nothing is a surprise line item.

Measurement included

Partners and sponsors get honest reporting — attendance, completion, capability growth — not marketing numbers.

For sponsors

Fund measurable community AI literacy.

Sponsorship funds real delivery: seats in community cohorts, small-business clinics, school workshops, and public literacy events — primarily in Memphis and the surrounding region.

Sponsors receive a defined package: named recognition where appropriate, a scheduled delivery report, and the measurement data behind it — attendance, completion, pre/post capability growth, and follow-on activity. No inflated numbers, no borrowed logos.

Sponsorship levels are scoped per program. The common thread: your funding maps to specific seats and specific outcomes you can verify.

What sponsors receive

  • A written sponsorship agreement with defined deliverables
  • Named recognition in program materials (where appropriate)
  • A plain-language impact report after delivery
  • Direct line to Corey throughout the engagement

  • No inflated numbers, no borrowed logos, no mystery metrics

Start with a conversation.

Every partnership on this page began — or will begin — with a thirty-minute conversation about goals and fit. No commitment, no deck-you-can't-escape.
