Corey Ealy is a founder and systems architect based in Memphis. His work sits at the intersection most AI education misses: he has run systems inside some of the fastest-moving operations in the country, he builds and operates his own AI-assisted ventures, and he can stand in front of a room — students, educators, nonprofit staff, business owners — and make that work understandable without watering it down.
As a North Memphis resident, Corey has a direct personal interest in technology education and opportunity in the surrounding community. Why this matters for a learner

Most people are being taught AI backwards: tool first, vocabulary second, judgment never. The result is a generation of learners who can operate a chatbot but cannot design, question, or take responsibility for a system.
